Director and founder George Bedocs received his Advanced National Certificate from the NSCAA. He also holds a B license from the USSF. George is presently the Athletic Director at Sacerd Heart Academy. He has coached at three area colleges, Albertus Magnus College and Quinnipac University as Head Coach and Southern Connecticut State University as an Assistant. He worked for several years as the State Coordinator for the Connecticut Special Olympics Soccer Program, a Special Olympics World Games Clinician and a state clinican for the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association. George has also coached at the Olympic Development and Premier level. He is a member of the Albertus Magnus Hall of Fame.

Championship Soccer has been developing young players since 1981. Using a high degree of positive motivation, we will develop the technical, tactical, physical & psychological abilities of each player. Each session provides the optimum training environment for players that will be fun and challenging.

Nick Wajnowski joined Championship Soccer as a Director in 2011. He is currently the Head Coach of the Women's Soccer Team at Albertus Magnus College. In 2011, Nick earned Great Northeast Atlantic Conference (GNAC) Coach of the Year Honors and in 2013, Nick guided his squad to the program's first ever Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) Finals. At the club level, Nick coaches the South Central Premiere Rage U15 Girls team. As a player, Nick was a four year starter at Albertus from 2001-2005, under George Bedocs. In 2004, he earned All-Conference and All-Tournament Team Honors.
John Adams is entering his 15th year with Championship Soccer. He is currently the Associate Head Coach of the Women's Soccer Team at Albertus Magnus College. At the club level, John has 14 years of experience, presently with the FSA U14 Elite and U15 Elite Girls team. As a player, John was a Goalkeeper for the Albertus Magnus from 1999-2003, under George Bedocs. In 2001, he earned All-Tournament Team Honors and is the All-Time Leader in Conference Tournament Save Percentage. John is also a Math Teacher at Amity High School.
